Nancy Galipeau

Nancy obtained her Real Estate license in 2005 in Ontario and worked with Exit Realty Seaway in Cornwall.  In the fall of 2007 she joined the office team at Exit in an administration position as receptionist/clerk. Nancy has enjoyed 35 + years in customer service. She enjoys working with and helping people.

Nancy moved to the Cowichan Valley with her family in December 2009. Upon moving to the valley, she decided not to transfer her license but wanted to stay within real estate as she enjoys the business. Nancy joined Elizabeth Biberger’s team in April 2010, and hasn't looked back. Nancy brings her experience in real estate and customer service to the administration side of the business in day-to-day operations, handling email, website maintenance, preparing materials, helping sellers & buyers and assisting Elizabeth & Michelle wherever the need may be.
