Interior and exterior photos are done by a professional photagrapher and none will be used until you are satisfied that they capture your property in the best possible light. Professional floor plans are prepared for all homes. All written materials are prepared by my team but we seek your input to insure they are correct and complete. We look for the special features of each property and provide buyers and agents with comprehensive information packages answering all their questions. These packages are available in your home and on-line in an easy to access format. We insure that when your property hits the market all aspects of our marketing materials have been checked and are free of errors. Marketing plans for your home will be tailored to your specific needs and will form part of the listing contract.
